48. Yep. It's his fault. Try to imagine how hard it would be to drive with people all over your car standing so close to it. His foot was in the way of the tire, how is anyone supposed to know that?! 49. When you put your foot in the path of a tire on a moving car, expect it to get run over, and expect it to hurt. The pap should get the ticket for being a total idiot. Hit and run my butt.
