They should pass a law that the paps have to stay a certain amount of distance from anyone, that way their feet would be protected. Or a ran over foot should just come in the job description. 73. The car was barely in motion! He didn't "run" over his foot...he "rolled" over his foot. Geez, talk about an over statement! But THIS is what journalism is all about...OVER STATING THINGS! Seems like the car was moving slow enough so the pap had "plenty" of time to get out of the way. What the hell is the pap's foot doing placed "in front" of anyone's tire in the first place?
Did he not get the memo that says "DON'T PLAY IN THE STREET?" Maybe the police will site him for jaywalking.

Lawyers call it ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK, if you are dumb enuf to get near a moving car for your "BUISNESS"than you cannot later complain about your injuries, he knew the risk he was taking because no-sensible person runs up to a moving car, he made that decision, and if this STALKER-RATZI tries to sue the courts should assess him the other sides attorney fees and hit them with a Malicous Prosecution and Friviolous Lawsuit causes of actions, JUST ASK HARVEY
