Paris Involved in Another Hit and Run

Paris and Benji turned a simple nightclub exit into a police matter last night after their car ran over a paparazzo's foot.

As the snappers swarmed PBandJ's ride, a loud yelping sound can be heard as Benj drove right over one photog's checkered shoe-covered foot outside Foxtail. After the rollover, Madden checked out the situation and took off. But just minutes ago, TMZ learned the treadmarked photog is currently dealing with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department over the incident. No word on whether Benji and Paris are even aware of that yet. Good morning, lovers!

UPDATE: The photographer just left the L.A. Sheriff's Department in West Hollywood, where he filed a hit and run report.

but! if your getting run over i doubt its the persons driving fault
i mean how are you suppose to drive with 100 lights going off and 100 people around you

and what is going to happen when someone gets kidnapped or really hurt who is famous by a stalker because they know where everyone is due to paps.

65. First, let me say that I was a HUGE fan of Good Charlotte, I’ve seen them many times at local venues before they made to where they are now. So I feel as if I have some standing to say that Benji and Joel Madden are SELL-OUTS. Don’t get me wrong, it’s awesome to know that the local boys have made it big, but in the process, they have not stayed true to what they said they stand for. As I said before, I am proud to say that I was a fan way back when and that I am proud of how big they have made it. But I have to admit that they did lose a little bit of my respect.

70. although we all enjoy/look at the photos, it is completely the paps fault that he/she/it got run over.

71. Too bad the paparazzo was able to walk into the police station. I think Paris ought to consider purchasing a heavier SUV and maybe she will have a little better luck the next time an idiot photog gets his foot under the wheels. With a bone crushing curb weight of more than 7000 pounds, I think maybe a Ford Excursion would be a good choice and might be incentive enough to cause photogs to keep their toes well clear of the wheels.
