Wesley Snipes won't be getting a Nicole Richie special in the big house: TMZ has learned that Prisoner 57 -- or whatever number he gets -- will have to do two-and-a-half years hard time (out of the three he was sentenced to). And that's only if he's a really good prisoner.
Federal inmates can't get parole, so Wes will be in for at least, by our calculation, 930 days.

21. He's going to be doing alot of yoga and meditation - he's going to be a huge success when he's out. He'll make a movie about his experience. Hopefully there won't be any shower love scenes. Don't ever enter the system, there's no escape. What a nightmare. It makes me mad.

behind bars. Write a book/screen play about his experienes behind bars and be richer and more famous than before he went in.
The judge shoud prohibit Snipes from profiting about his story and time in jail.

30. Actually, I believe Mr. Snipes will only end up doing about 1 1/2 years. I think he'll get around half time for good behavior, maybe even more if he does other stuff to shave off extra time.
Still, doing time for taxes is crap.
We gotta put our tax dollars into putting up Mr. Snipes, instead of a more serious criminal?
The judge is a dumbass. Setting an example? Yep, that'll work.
