Wesley Snipes won't be getting a Nicole Richie special in the big house: TMZ has learned that Prisoner 57 -- or whatever number he gets -- will have to do two-and-a-half years hard time (out of the three he was sentenced to). And that's only if he's a really good prisoner.
Federal inmates can't get parole, so Wes will be in for at least, by our calculation, 930 days.

46. I feel bad for Wesley, i know that many years ago he had troubles paying his mortgage at his orlando home. I believe that all that financial problems lead to what ever tax advice he received. Its really a shame that he has been punished this way while a lot of small business owners take advantage of their employees -such as most of the ones at our car washes. i wished the courts would have taken into consideration the bad tax advice he might have received.
