95. Forget about the fact that he is major Hollywood star, that is not important. What is important is that he pay his taxes just like anyone else.

But 3 years? Come one, big corporate CEOs have walked way from blinking their investors out of billions and just paid a fine, crack dealers walk away with a warning, armed robbers shoot clerks and get less time, pedophiles get lighter sentences...

Fine the hell out him, 10 times what he owed in back taxes, take his mansions, his bank accounts and his private jet and make him do community service and parole, but 3 years lock up is not fair compared to the other sentences handed down from the courts.

100. Sounds like a lot of time for some misdemeanors. Guess the government wants to make an example out of him, and send the message that---given the drain on the government coffers caused by Bush's war---non-payment will not be tolerated. The IRS even audited me for 2004. But my paperwork is in order, so I ain't worried. See you in court!

I won't see anything else he is in. The only tactic left for him now is to find God and talk of nothing else. Too little...too late. He got what he deseved. P.S. I laughed out loud when I heard Woody Harrelson wrote a letter of support for him. I'm sure the judge almost got high from just handling the paper. Not everyone is a good character refernce. Like I said he should try to educate himself while he is locked up.
