Song Sings: See My Face in Court!

Disney star Brenda Song is swinging back at a company she says used her photo to pimp out an escort service.

The "Suite Life" star just filed suit in L.A. Superior Court against Vibe Media, claiming that the company "illegally and shamelessly" lifted a photo of her to advertise their bimbo biz. She's looking for $100,000 in damages -- now that's an expensive ad.

Just last week, TMZ first uncovered the saucy ad, published in the L.A. Weekly. In a statement to TMZ, Song says, "In filing suit, I hope to prevent this company from doing this again to anyone else."

46. Of course she should sue. If you don't hit these people in the pocket they will just keep doing it and not caring to who!!! When you look at the amounts some other celebs sue for $100,000 isn't too much considering the damage this could have done to her career. But there again, anyone who hires an escort and thinks that they will get a hot young celeb deserves to be ripped off!!!

60. That's messed up...I like that show. She' s funny. I hope there aren't too many Disney aged kids looking in the want ads for an escort. She should have sued them for a cool million. People are stupid for doing something like this. So many wannabe model chicks would have done the ad for $10.
