Disney star Brenda Song is swinging back at a company she says used her photo to pimp out an escort service.

The "Suite Life" star just filed suit in L.A. Superior Court against Vibe Media, claiming that the company "illegally and shamelessly" lifted a photo of her to advertise their bimbo biz. She's looking for $100,000 in damages -- now that's an expensive ad.

Just last week, TMZ first uncovered the saucy ad, published in the L.A. Weekly. In a statement to TMZ, Song says, "In filing suit, I hope to prevent this company from doing this again to anyone else."

63. I called up the escort service in question a few months ago and
guess who showed up? It was Brenda Song ( or a look alike). Since
she seemed to be underage I did not touch her, but I did have her make
me some cabbage rolls. She should be a chef because the cabbage
rolls were Kick Ass. I was going to have her back to make me some
corn chowder but she had a scheduling conflict.

70. she is a well known actress from the disney channel. what this company did is wrong. they have no right to take other people's pictures to sell their products and ruin their reputation as it has proved so from the few judgemental comments made in here. the brash comments about her physical features are really uncalled for unless you were born with a perfectly beautiful face. but that would be impossible, because some company such as this would take your picture and use it and you'd be in the same situation not to make such idiotic remarks.
