48. Miley Cyrus is in complete command of her career. Annie Leibovitz did not pressure or coerce or schmooze Miley into posing topless. Miley eagerly agreed to pose topless after she and Annie leafed through several fashion magazines and admired several similar sly, sexy poses in fashion features and product advertisements. Miley may even have been the one who suggested that she be photographed in the sexy, classic over-the-shoulder pose. Annie conducted a professional, digital camera shoot that allowed Miley, her parents and her handlers to see the photos immediately and decide instantly which photos---if any---to exclude from the VANITY FAIR feature. The statements issued after the fact by Miley and Disney are phony, disengenuous and could be construed by a civil court jury as slanderous and defaming Annie's character.

Miley Cyrus is an attractive, shapely, dynamic entertainer. Miley is also a 15-year old girl who should not have posed topless. She is---or at least was---a role model for young girls who are already under enormously constant and unfair pressure to be sexy and sexual. She should have declined to be overtly provocative until she becomes an 18-year old adult and moves on to the next stage of her life but, unfortunately, she decided to send the wrong message to her young fans about age appropriate values and personal conduct.

Miley's parents and handlers are clearly unable to discern which publicity initiatives this 15-year old girl should reject and her parents in particular seem unwilling to assert their parental obligation and authority to tell their daughter "No!" when necessary. Miley is at a crossroads now, and I hope she'll decide to channel Hillary Duff and Amanda Bynes instead of Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan.

54. We are the cash cow to the Cities and States now, Thnaks to MADD. If you fit the profile, they will find a way to stop youand give you a sobriety test. Say no and they claim an admission of guilt.
In the past, before MADD, if you were not driviing wrecklessly, They would call a cab and have you park the car or escort you home. Now, they want to fire you from job, quadruple your insurance rates, Handcuff you like a crimanal, tow you car and impound it for hundreds of dollars and put you in jail and make you pay in the thousands for fines and Lawyers. What a great country we live in and then be subjected to all that.
And now at 0.08 or even at the old 0.10 we are not actually drunk, but are still guilt by LAW.

55. She indicated "Her attorney told her to refuse everything," meaning of course breath or chemical testing. I wonder where her attorney attended law school because... A driver's license is issued under the Implied Consent Law. People stopped for drunk driving have no right to call their attorney prior to taking, or refusing breat, chemical or blood alcohol testing.

Refusing a test actually is worse than taking one and being over the limit. Refusal to testing is an automatic 1 year suspension in many states,

Drunk drivers kill innocent people and devastate familes. If they are under the influence and driving, nail them.
