Custody Report Says Brit has "Issues"

The parental bible in the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline custody war is in -- and it is powerful, folks.

It's called the Child Custody Evaluation report. Sources say it is "several hundred" pages long, and lawyers for both sides received it on Friday. Our sources say the report is a "mixed bag" -- both encouraging and damaging for Britney.

The report, written by Dr. Jane Shatz, is extremely detailed. There is a hearing next week (May 6) in the custody case and the report could be all-telling.

And, sources say, the report "makes it more likely that Britney will show for the hearing."

Lawyers for both sides refused to comment or respond.

23. I specifically remember a comment htat Britney made years ago how badly she wanted to 'get married and be pregnant' and i though right then and there 'there's a BIG difference between being wanting to be Pregnant and wanting to have Children.
I truly believe she loved being pregnant and the 'glow' that comes with it. i don't believe at all that she ever wanted to Raise a Child and I also dont belive she's mentally ill. I think she simply was tired of bieng responsible for these children who were tying her down. I think she hates that she hasn't been able to see them but i dont think she has any desire to have custody again either. If she did, she'd be showing up at her hearings and STAYING PUT..

Is there any female anywhere that thinks that the picture of Phil Specter
is "hot"? I bet Britney shows up for the hearing since it seems to cost

29. yeah FIBiker -total FIB is right. You should work for TMZ --- Britney is no junkie! You need a hobby that isn't bad mouthing and lying about people. I'm going to make s prediction - within 6 months, perhaps even by July 4th, Britney and Kevin will be back together and put all this BS behind them. They'll go on to be one of the long time, happiky married couples in Hollywood. Laugh now if you want to. Britney never wanted that divorce - she wanted Kevin's attention for him to stop being an immature azz and be a husband and dad. He's done that with all these court proceedings. If anyone else has noticed, he HAD to grow up. Mission accomplished. Lately they've been together and talking and I believe they'll work it out. It can't be more obvious that one is miserable without the other. That should give TMZ a field day...so get ready TMZ..there's a reconciliation in the works. I'm hoping for July, but guaranteeing by September 1st.. mark my works.
