10. This isn't funny. She could have brought on kidney disease due to her obesity. It looks like her ankles are swollen and that is a distinct symptom of kidney insufficiency. This could be deadly for her so she needs to seek medical attention asap. If this is due to renal failure she is right now at risk of embolisms which can cause stroke, heart attack and death.
