Everhart Busted for DUI

Model Angie Everhart was arrested for DUI early last Thursday and held on $15,000 bail.

She was released later that morning and is due in court on May 15.

According to an unconfirmed tip, Angie pleaded with cops to let her take a piss before submitting to a field sobriety test. After cops took her to a nearby restaurant to relieve herself, she took the test and failed. She refused to take any chemical tests because she said her attorney told her to refuse everything.

Angie's rep had no comment.

21. Thats a very high bond, she must have had more charges, or more offenses than just dui. I think I read somewhere that she had issues with alcohol that is why stallone dropped her. I hope she gets to aa and gets her life together. I mean if she got dumped by Pesci she probably was drinking to numb her disbelief and shock as to how she sunk so low. That is pretty bad to get dumped by an old played out out of work actor and short I might add. Time to go to rehab!

22. I am sad to see that she chose to drink and drive. She is very lucky that she did not kill someone. of course my comment is based on her being cited with dui. Hopefully she will think twice about doing this again.

27. From what I know of Angie, she is not a fall down celebrity disaster by any means, DUI's happen to good people over the legal limit, not just wasted lunatics. And she said herself in an at least one interview that Joe Pesci deal was not factual, just a rumor, she was merely working with him on a film project.

And who ever said she should see Jenny Craig should get some help themselves. 5'10" and 130 lbs. is quite a healthy weight. If she were still close to118 like she was in her runway days, people would have something negative to say about that too I'm sure.
