I don't want to be one of those people at the grocery store on an Amigo when I'm old, so my husband and I have been working out and eating healthy lately. Hopefully, we will get older and stay healthy. Lotta work, but we feel good, now. The whole country seems to be overweight, now.

FYI wtf...Aretha does not sit on her azz and have food delivered, she is actually an amazing cook and her problem is that she won't stay out of the kitchen...or should I say....she will not cook healthy lower calorie dishes!!

It wouldn't have hurt you to show pictures of some of these people after they lost the weight again. You know that Kirstie Alley is no longer that overweight. Give credit where credit is due. Aretha has struggled with her weight all her life and the rest of them still look healthy with a little extra weight. Why does TMZ enjoy being cruel so much?

Aretha does have diabetes, she has a commercial airing here for it. Clearly she would also have heart disease as most people who r overweight would have. Most people don't realize that atherosclerosis starts a couple of decades before u become symtomatic and then u enter into the heart failure category which also can last many years thru four stages. Aretha would be in the heart failure stage now.

Aretha is now what they call morbidly obese, and it's a shame. I hope for her health she gets to walking. I don't think she needs to be "skinny" but she needs to spend more time taking care of herself.

next time u r in a hspt u will notice the patients u see in the rooms r not as Iowa girl says ( morbidly obese)..that is because when they have a "event" it is usually fatal = massive coronary or brainstem stroke, not much luck in the 2nd chance department, think abt what u feed ur kids NOW, don't let them develop this preventable disease.
