Heidi Montag has outsold Posh Spice -- in clothing sales.

Unlike Victoria Beckham's dVb collection -- which is now on the sale rack at Loehmann's -- Montag's clothing line Heidiwood has completely sold out at Robertson Blvd. boutique Kitson. "The Hills" are alive with the sound of cash registers.

But if you want to get your hands on one of her hoochie shorts or cheapie dresses you'll have to look elsewhere -- sources tell us Kitson won't be getting a new shipment of Heidi's line until the summer or fall collection comes out. Make it stop!

Moral of this story: It's a lot easier to sell crappy $44.95 jeans, than crappy $250 ones!

UPDATE: The dVb line is holding its own! Posh's line has completely sold out at the Reseda Loehmann's - beautiful Reseda, California - where the "Karate Kid" lived!

35. Heidi sucks, but her clothes are cool. They are really fashionable, but cheap. I love that. The only problem I have it that her logo is stolen. I have a tank top with the same exact logo on it.

36. Is it really necessary to put down the whole city of Reseda? Comparing it to the crappy town the Karate Kid moved to from the East Coast and was completely miserable. The fact $250 pair of jeans sold out in that area might suggest there's actual people with money who like a quality product. I wouldn't do it personally..........regardless, if Heidi sold her stuff out at Kitson.........you managed to slam a whole city with your negative point! Take note TMZ ..........the lousy town of Reseda probably buys a lot of your $44.95 magazines..........but, then again we actually have a Gelson's close by and an amazing hospital, Encino-Tarzana Medical,,,,,and go figure.....it's right across the street from this dumpy Karate Kid town!!
