Harvey is even more crazy in love with "Von A-Hole", and it's eating him up inside that the old coot prefers Zsa Zsa. That's why he has turned TMZ into an anti-Von-A-Hole vendetta machine. Harvey's just trying to get Casey away from Jamie Lynn because he's dreaming that it will make Von-A jealous.
In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if the panting perv skulking in the bushes taking Casey pics is Harvey, himself.
