Miley Cyrus just can't decide whether she wants to be squeaky clean or a saucy seductress – and today's she's protesting a bit too much, again.

Snaps of the "Hannah Montana" star in Vanity Fair mag caused a big stir – especially one of her with her back exposed, suggesting toplessness. Well, she now tells People she's "embarrassed" by the photos and claims that she was hoodwinked by the great Annie Leibovitz: "I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic.'"

Vanity Fair shoots back in the New York Times, saying that her parents and handlers were in the studio the whole time.

Country trainwreck Mindy McCready might be a brand new pain in the ass for Roger Clemens, if a report claiming a relationship between the pitcher and the singer -– starting when she was 15 – turns out to be true.

The New York Daily News is reporting that McCready met Clemens when she was 15, and for the next ten years, the pair spent plenty of time together, with McCready coming to games and sitting behind home plate when the Rocket pitched. The allegations may hurt Clemens' cause in his defamation suit against ex-trainer Brian McNamee.

Clemens' lawyer admitted that the pair had a relationship but that it wasn't sexual.

But one entertainment branding company, CKrush, wants Jess to reclaim her fame and show little sister who rules the Simpson family. Jessica can create her own "personal social network site" for $300, and CKrush says that this could help jump-start her career.

61. I think what the magazine is calling "a beautiful and natural portrait of Miley" is more accurately defined as pornography, actually child pornography. When trying to define pornography in 1964, Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart said, "I can't define it, but I know when I see it," and I think that is true for most of us, we know it when we see it. But courts these days have a more clearly identifiable definition. It is the depiction of sexual behavior that is "intended to arouse sexual excitement in its audience," and child pornography is the visual representation of minors under the age of 18 engaged in sexual activity or the visual representation of minors engaging in lewd "or erotic behavior designed to arouse the viewer's sexual interest." Whatever else that photograph of 15-year-old Miley in Vanity Fair magazine is, it is also "erotic behavior designed to arouse the viewer's sexual interest." Miley Cyrus just turned 15-years-old last November and celebrity child or not, she is just a child. I think the DCFS child protective services needs to step in and take a careful look at this child abuse and I think the prosecutor needs to step in and take a careful look at what Miley's parents and Vanity Fair magazine are doing to this child and give serious consideration to bringing charges of child abuse and child sexual exploitation and the production of child pornography.

62. Miley has done nothing wrong. There is not one thing wrong with those pics. Only the perverts who want to whack off want to make something out of them. She is a great gal with an enormous future ahead of her. She has great parents also. Don't try to run her down just because your kids didn't have the talent to make the cut.

65. Most of the pics just don't seem right for a 15 yr old. But IMO Miley wouldn't be saying anything at all if the public embraced the pics. However, the pic of Miley wirth Billy Ray is disgusting. That's her father! In the pic they look like lovers. Gross!!!!!

66. Great! now there’s MORE 15-year-young Miley Cyrus skin showing- thanks to PARENTALLY approved Vanity Fair Photos.
(The one with her laying across her dad’s lap looks sadly similar to one “leaked” of her with her boyfriend.)
Guess the days are gone when Daddy’s shotgun just happened to be needing a cleaning while her date waited for her.

Is there any chance the Cyrus and Spears families are related somewhere in their bloodlines?

For me? I’m far from a perfect mom, but last year I blocked the Disney/Nick channels, had enough, period. Thrift stores practically give away used, truly kid-friendly VHS tapes these days……… And Hannah sank to Bratz level of replaceability and trash cans.

Someone please LOVE Miley enough to teach her how to "Just say NO to taking it off" before the camera comes out. And pictures that are MySpace normal or NOT, she is a role model. She ran around telling everyone she would wait for sex until marriage. She **could have** used her position to raise the standard of true beauty beyond boobs/booty and airbrushing. Doesn't anyone realize ::YAWN:: that eventually nudity, sim style computer perfection imagining will become as common as African boobs or knees (remember historically knees were evil!) and then what will they sell?

I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion...but WOW to those of you who think that the pics are artistic and there is nothing wrong with it, is VERY disturbing....I mean common, they have no right to put her in a pose like that half naked with her father. It is very provocative and screams out incest. Whatever happened to the Patridge Family portrait, hello??? I guess at the end of the day, abnormality sells, normality don't. Like someone said earlier, Vanity Fair is for adults pretty much, if they wanted to do an article or a cover shoot with her, that would be fine, but they should have done something that compliments her age and what she stands for and so her parents and everyone else involved in making decisions on her behalf should have enforce it likewise. This shoot just screams expoiltation!!!! First came the racey girl/girl pics last year, then the one where she shows of a little skin lately and being provocative in front of the camera, now this...I say three times is a charm...It was a wreck in the making....Just saying.....

74. I'm appalled at this. She goes on t.v. and talks about how strict her parents are etc. Evidently they aren't as strict as we thought. I thought maybe this girl was diffeent but it appears she is headed down the same path as all the other losers in Hollywood. What a disgrace. When I was 15 I would never have posed for provative pictures such as this.
