32. Shia has done a pretty good job on starting to add some natural bulk to his slender frame, and to his credit there are no signs of any steroid or creatine use (unlike the pathetic Zac Efron).
However, in the end, it all comes down to the face, and even Shia himself admits on the record that he's not attractive at all. He's not super-homely or frighteningly ugly, but he's quite average-looking, no more, no less.
I suppose you could say put a bag over his head and enjoy the body (he's supposed to have nice equipment), however, there's plenty of better alternatives out there.

43. i was at coachella this past weekend and met him! he was backstage with me at cold war kids, smoking a cig and shirtless. he's totally hot, especially in person. he was super sweaty though. not as attractive.

45. My friends and I were literally sitting right next to him...unaware that it WAS him! This was during the CAFE TACUBA set and we saw a random dude sneakily snap Shia's Picture! We were all pretty faded, and were like, Ew...that guy's a creep! haha...let me just finish by saying HE IS BEAUTIFUL!! Even more so in person. mmmm....
