Proving that "American Idol" is on the cutting edge of the music industry, tonight the wannabes will be singing the hits of ... Neil Diamond?! And you thought Andrew Lloyd Webber was lame! TMZ moles have once again obtained the song list, but we got some bad news -- the Taylor Hicks' in-training are singing two songs each. It's gonna be a long one, folks.

62. Don't tell me I missed it... the ONLY time I would have watched that dumb show and it was on LAST night??? TMZ, you usually have so many LAME so-called "celebrities" on here that I hardly EVER check your site any more... and now FINALLY when there would have been somebody WORTH watching for on TV, he was already on LAST night??? You need to give us more notice, next time. Not ALL of us are lame enough to check this lame website every single day, you know. : (

64. Can you believe what just happened on American Idol. Paula was to give her critique of Jason Castro after the 1st song. As she read from her card she gave him a critique for the 1st song and the 2nd song that he had not sung yet. Then she went on to say it will be a struggle for him to make it to the top four, then she realized that he had not sung the second song. She looked like an ass and exposed American Idol for what it is ( Making money off of kids backs). This leads me to further believe that the judges are given material and told what to say to influence votes. American Idol knows who it wants to be a star so why do we vote........
