Markie's father is scientist Richard F. Post. He is known for his patents in the fields of nuclear fusion, particle accelerators and electronic and mechanical energy storage.

Prior to becoming a television actress, Markie was a card dealer on the game show "Card Sharks."

She's nothing , compared to Paris Hilton. She is old, and her face is too fat. Look at those crow's feet ! She looks very tired. She should work out more and eat more salads and fish, like I do. I skip dinner, too.
