40. 6 weeks people, 6 WEEKS! Anyone who says she looks fat and gross and needs Spanx needs to get over themselves. She gave birth, which is no easy feat, and your body obviously changes, and doesn't go back over night! She looks fabulous --- huge boobs and all! Go HALLE! --Its nice to see a Hollywood celeb who does not look stick skinny 4 minutes after giving birth!

It flips me out that she's out shopping rather than being at home with her baby. OMG - most American's would love to go shop when their stressed.
Halle has a house-housband and I when they break up - he get's the kid.

45. "she should be thin by now?" - maybe she doesn't want to whip herself back into shape right now and just wants to enjoy being a mom. This is what a lot a people look like just after having a child. She's not exercising herself to death or following some ridiculous diet. Good for her!!
As for the other pictures that supposedly show her much slimmer...I haven't seen one that is form fitting. It's all about the dress, the picture angle, and body slimmers (like spanx)!!
