53. I agree with the comment about Miley's head in her dad's lap ... kinda creepy ?!??!!! From what I understand, the parents knew what was going on, and gave permission ... not much blame can be cast upon the photographer. Plus, we all know that sex SELLS!!! I believe they were "testing" the waters so to speak .. to see what the response would be. Oops .. not so good, huh?! Plus, Billy Ray is washed up and washed out .. he needs to move aside and let Miley shine in the spotlight instread of tagging along, hoping to get some exposure and a career boost .. He is DONE .. stick a fork in him, and move him to the side!

54. Who are they kididng???? Miley is a MINOR and whatever pics were taken, Papa and/or Mamma Cyrus had to give their consent for! Don't play the poor little, innocent victims who did not realize what was going on ... BS! They were there, they saw what was going on ... but they had $$ signs in their eyes, and compromised Miley. Yes, she is young and was obviously maniuplated, but she is just a KID .. she isn't supposed to make wise decisions. I personally believe this is an example of a parent exploiting their famous children and riding the coat for a little extra esposure and career boost ... after all, we had forgotten all about Billy Ray Cyrus until Miley / Hannah Montanna came along!!
