People around the world might think it's barbaric to slice off a piece of the male genitalia after they're born. 71. obviously alot of you people didn't watch the video, the babies are tossed down onto a big soft matress thing then passed back to the mother or father, none of the babies in the video were hurt, it's a cultural tradition beleived to bring good luck to that baby and that family.
