16. Mr. Stoimenov, I'd just like to know why is it that he is now asking for money. I just find it very suspicious that now that Cristian is on tv, all of the sudden, your friend goes to court? Why didnt he do it before? Im no fan of Cristian, I'd never heard of him before, but this just seems weird. 10 months have passed by, how do we know something unrelated to the "accident" happend to your "friend" (Nice try Mr. Kimura) and now, he wants Cristian to pay for it?

17. Cristian is a very decent and talented actor. He is very appreciated by latin people. I think Mr. Kimura is trying to get money, now that Cristian is becoming famous. What a shame!!!

18. Stoimena, is your friend a photographer???If he heard them ask Cristian to move his car, why didn't he get out of the way?Sound like he either had a camera in his face, or he get's hit by cars for insurance money for a living. Did the insurance company figure it out, is that why they didn't settle. I am sure Cristian's lawyer is going to see figure it out if he get's hit every 2 or 3 years. Shame on him for taking advantage of someone who comes from a place that probably doesn't know that scam. But we know all about that stuff here. What a sad little person he are. I do hope they put him in his place. By the next car that is. Although I still think he was trying to get a pic. Does he by any Ihei? Does he know Asahi Shimbun Company publisher of Asahi Shimbun and the magazine Asahi Camera. Is he going for the Domon Ken Award?

19. This guy knows what he's doing by suing. Now that De La Fuente is on DWTS, and people in America know who he is (I had never heard of him before), the plaintiff knows that he's likely to settle to avoid the bad publicity. Of COURSE he's out for money. That's the whole purpose of a civil suit.

20. YES dallas- there are alot of us ASIANS in california, does that bother you? And Mr. kimura is not just now sueing the fool chilean, it's up to his lawyer to see if there is a case to go through with the process. Asians are not known to be pretentious or unlawful. I hope that delafuente gets his butt sued! but, for sure that people see him for what he is....A PHONY...and so is his dancing partner-the 'prancing in the bars' queen. Thank You Mr. Stoimenov for your input, Mr. Kimura is a decent man and well loved. dallas- what do you have to say about the fake injury to get sympathy votes for cristian? it's disgusting to us...see it's people like burke that makes us asians/filipinos look bad, we are not like that!

23. If the cops showed up and NO CITATIONS were given out, then obviously they didn't find him at fault or negligent. They would have arrested him for vehicular manslaughter on the spot if it was TRUE that Cristian ran over the guy. Boy, all kinds of opportunists are suddenly crawling out of the woodwork, aren't they?

Posted at 9:09PM on May 5th 2008 by Whatever, Mr. Stoimenov!

24. #23-manslaughter? your not too bright are you? now we really hope Mr.Kimura sues cristian's butt and WINS big time!!!! cristian already admitted he hit Mr. Kimura, where have you been trying to say IF this happened. You must be from Chile too!
