35. Yes, it's very important to put on a good face for the public. What a crock that is. These people are being exploited and forced to endure challenges that would break most of us. The media circus alone is enuff to create enormous stress. If the producers didn't like her, they would arrange the footage to make her look, especially bad. Some people are just too sweet and sensitive for this harsh cruel world. Being rejected is really hard on people you know.

38. Well, FINALLY!! I've been wishing Shannon would get the boot from the very first show. She was clumsy, stiff as a board and the tantrums were disgusting. The only conspiricy theory I would beleive is that someone padded her viewer scores to make her last as long as she did.

39. What a bunch of ridiculous posts! Shannon did NOT throw a temper tantrum! She was crying and upset about her scores, but it was NOT a tantrum! Derek, on the other hand, DID have a bit of a tantrum, but he also happened to be RIGHT! As for a diva attitude, I have seen nothing of the sort in Shannon's attitude. She is outgoing, friendly, and funny, and 12 years is no big deal. She NEVER said she wanted to be on the cover of TV Guide. She wanted to be on the show for the anniversary show...their 100th show. NOTHING was said about TV Guide...again, another ridiculous post. Then the poster who said she looks like a whore...obviously written by someone who is jealous of her. Anyway, for the record, I thought Shannon's dancing was far better than Taylor's. Her first dance Monday night should have been the one they wanted to watch for the encore dance. Taylor's dance was good...but Shannon's had snap and pizzazz to it and she did an excellent job. I hope she and Derek ARE a couple and that it lasts...so that all of you have egg on your face for your nasty words. Shame on you.
