Dennis Rodman Busted for Domestic Violence

Former NBA star Dennis Rodman was arrested last night on suspicion of felony domestic battery.

He was arrested at 11:00 PM at a Century City hotel and was released early this morning.

Law enforcement tells us they charge suspects with a felony if there is evidence of injury, such as bruising or blood.

Rodman was released on $50,000 bail today at 4:16 AM.

UPDATE: Rodman's manager Darren Prince tells TMZ, "Last night Dennis and his girlfriend had too much to drink. When they returned to their hotel they started arguing and a minor altercation broke out where Dennis grabbed her by the arm and left a bruise." Hotel security got involved and called LAPD, who responded and made the arrest. We're told Dennis plans to enter a rehab facility immediately upon returning to Florida because -- according to Prince -- "his drinking has been escalating in the last six weeks due to a nasty divorce and not seeing his children in over two months."

So gram an arm (guys what woman hasn't done that to you as you walk away digging nails in) and leave a bruise on the arm and he's a wife beater and she should have retaliated with all kinds of violence by the comments here yet the female posters but the female gladiator arrested for domestic abuse and it was all he's a wimp, good on her etc.

Typical female double standards.

It's not about the crime but the gender of the person doing it.

So when a woman grabs a mans arm and maybe leaves a mark the police will be called out and she will be arrested on a felony?

26. Why doesn't Dennis Rodman just wear his dress all of the time, then, when, he wants to commit violence on a woman, he can hit himself? At least Oscar De La hoya doens't hit his girls, when, he wears their pantyhose, fishnet stockings, blouses, bra's, dresses and high heels! Dennis Rodman shouuld take lesssons from Goldie, AKA; Oscar, on how a woman should act. These gutless men, that hit women, they are usually latently gay, or, worse. Dennis is 6' 8" or something (in his high heels 7' +), that is just plain wrong. OH yeah, was he in drag again? Dennis was probably mad, as his girlfriend, wouldn't lend him her dress and high heels?
