You girls who think it's OK if he's a jerk because he's cute will learn quickly, that all guys like that get old and ugly - just like we do. There's nothing worse than being married to a man who is past his prime, but lives in the past when the girls thought he was all that and a bag of chips. Joke all you want, if you sell yourself on a guy who is mean, just because he's handsome, you'll hate yourself someday and you'll hate him too.

19. O.K., I'm in insurance....NO CLIENT CAN INSTRUCT A COMPANY TO PROPERLY COMPENSATE ANYONE. The COMPANY decides that after a thorough investigation. Also, his response of "my insurance is taking care of it" is the proper response. He's probably unaware of what stage the claim process is in. And that's normal.

20. Jason, you better think twice about this kind of person as your good friend. He states he didn't know he was being sued, that tells us that as a decent human being he never checked to see if Mr. Kimura was doing good or not. If it was the other way around, for sure Mr. Kimura would have checked to see if the person he hit was doing good. This is just another confirmation that his bogus injury is just that-BOGUS!!!! dallas- we'll answer your question: because he's the dirt we walk on...does that help you clear the fog in your head? Are you from L.A.? because if you are we would sure like to meet you. to you seriously-have you seen him fly a plane? dallas-you can google burke too and you would think she was as sweet as OUR JAPANESE girl KRISTI YAMAGUCHI, but she hasn't done anything that makes a difference for someone else, but has done alot that makes a difference for her. and that's ok but don't put it down as part of your life that you are involved in all these charities....unless they asre held in the bars she goes in to. Angie-you call your insurance and you ask if you care about another human being-simple as that. I wonder what you would think if it was you that he hit? 21. If anyone is after money it would be cristian more than Mr. Kimura. Mr. Kimura is not faking an injury, but how about cristian? And we can hardly wait until he gets caught at his own lies.....if he can dance next week, then he didn't get injured, it's simple as that! we have NO respect for burke anyway, and now even less for her partner. Maybe burke should call dwarf lachey to replace cristian...maybe he can help her out .....again!
