23. Lou was the same era as Arnold S., and has keep in much better shape than Arnold in recent years. Granted, Arnold has a tough job, but who doesn't. I give a lot of credit to Lou for staying in fantastic shape going into his late 50's. Photos are rare these days of Arnold without a shirt, but if you find one of both that are recent, Lou would "win" hands down. He would "lose" to Arnold in the '70's at the Mr. Universe contests because Arnold would psych him out, not because Arnold was necessarly more muscular. Both are commendable in that they continue to support bodybuilding by visiting multiple gyms and events yearly.

27. He looks fantastic for a 56 year old body builder. Most body builders (ie. Arnold Schwartzenegger) don't keep up with their strength training. And who can blame them...it's a lot of work. KUDOS to Lou!
