The 56-year-old bodybuilder resurfaced at a NYC event recently, looking happy.
Lou Ferrigno
At the age of three, Lou suffered an ear infection and lost 80% of his hearing.

Besides starring on "The King of Queens," Lou was also sworn in as a Los Angeles County reserve sheriff's deputy in 2006.

Lou was the same era as Arnold S., and has keep in much better shape than Arnold in recent years. Granted, Arnold has a tough job, but who doesn't. I give a lot of credit to Lou for staying in fantastic shape going into his late 50's. Photos are rare these days of Arnold without a shirt, but if you find one of both that are recent, Lou would "win" hands down. He would "lose" to Arnold in the '70's at the Mr. Universe contests because Arnold would psych him out, not because Arnold was necessarly more muscular. Both are commendable in that they continue to support bodybuilding by visiting multiple gyms and events yearly.

He looks fantastic for a 56 year old body builder. Most body builders (ie. Arnold Schwartzenegger) don't keep up with their strength training. And who can blame them...it's a lot of work. KUDOS to Lou!

Lou definitely looks better than Schwarzenegger.
The Governor is out of shape and has a pot belly, even though he wears expensive silk shirts to cover it up!
