At the age of three, Lou suffered an ear infection and lost 80% of his hearing.

Besides starring on "The King of Queens," Lou was also sworn in as a Los Angeles County reserve sheriff's deputy in 2006.

48. He looks fantastic for a 56 year old body builder. Most body builders (ie. Arnold Schwartzenegger) don't keep up with their strength training. And who can blame them...it's a lot of work. KUDOS to Lou!

You have a great point. My cousin use to compete in the Mr. American competitions back in the late 70s and is still just as buff. But as he will say, it is 3 hrs a day in the gym EVERYDAY. He is afraid of it turning into flab. And he never did steriods, so I would tend to believe that not every body builder does.
