Lawsuit Against Lowes is 3 Shades of Ugly

TMZ has obtained a copy of the cross-complaint filed by one of Rob Lowe's former nannies, and it's interesting for what's inside and what isn't.

Laura Boyce is suing Rob and Sheryl Lowe for, among other things, sexual harassment -- though she makes no sexual harassment claims against Rob. The suit begins, "The rich and famous are not above the law."

As we first reported, Boyce alleges a litany of misdeeds against Sheryl, including walking around naked, asking about the size of Boyce's boyfriend's penis, whether it hurts to have sex with him (we've learned it's 7' tall NBA player Dale Davis), and claiming during a trip to Kauai, "Sheryl Lowe laughingly said that her husband's 'cock rings' were broken last night and showed them to Boyce."

The complaint, filed by Gloria Allred (who also filed the case on behalf of the other nanny), also claims Sheryl talked about the size of her children's penises.

And Boyce claims when she called in sick, Sheryl responded "she got strep throat from sucking n****r d**k. I mean black d**k."

Through their lawyer, Larry Stein, the Lowes deny the allegations.

16. I may be naive, or maybe my wife has a different relationship with her friends, but isn't this the type of thing girl friends talk about? And if someone is your childrens' nanny for years, I would think the mother would consider her a friend. It's all rubbish...throw this crap out, it's costing tax payers money.

17. Just because these nannies weren't virgins (how do we know?) doesn't mean that they should have to listen to all that they did-IF it actually happened. A lot of people are quick to believe celebrities in cases like this, but obviously Rob Lowe IS a man that has had trouble deciding in the past what is and is not appropriate sexually. Why is it so hard to believe that he married someone the same as himself? I am not saying they are guilty, and I am not saying they're innocent, but it's not so hard to believe. If they're guilty, I hope the former nannies wind up walking away with a few bucks. I have had jobs where I had to take the crap that was tossed my way just because I needed the job so badly. I sympathize with these girls if its true.

18. what the hell is wrong with you people. Just because someone has money and fame you side with them? Of course the nanny is telling the truth. It's just that people vote for the Lowes because they like their fame. What....do you think if you side with them they will give you money??? The rich can be a nasty lot.

19. We've been hearing rumors about Lowe's wife long before the nanny problems.
She's the foul white trash ballsy type.
They both use liar publicists. That's why people believe the "family" performance.
Rob is an okay Dad, but the boys are used. Wait for the drug addictions to get aired.
Medications are addictive. I think they'll settle, this can't go to court.

I don't know who did what. They all made mistakes.
The Lowe's are wrecking the lives of 3 people who aren't any worse then they are.
That's vile. Rob will work again even as a pervert. The servants deserve restitution.

21. Mmmm ! This whole situation is weird. She was employed between April and November 2007 and waits for this long to file a complaint ?? There might be some truth to some of the remarks made by Rob's wife, but it all honestly I think it's yet another shot in the dark to be honest. I live in europe and love spending time in the states but you americans are notorious for dragging everything into the court system and for suing each other to death. What's up with that anyway ??
Must be good for Rob though.... he probably hasn't had this type of media coverage since St.Elmos fire.

23. Uh, Gloria take note of the percentage of vote's for your client and the Lowe's. I wouldn't go to trial with this case and hope the Lowes don't opt to settle in arbritration. Michael Jackson, OJ and Robert Blake are good reason's to reconsider this fiasco.Appears as tho your trying to make a mountain out of a mouse turd.
