51. 2ff # 48 I think that just about sums it up. Go figure celebrities are just like us. Well, not me and you, but the general population deals with these kinds of things. If we all decided we could afford help for the doldrum chores we face everyday, we may have to ask ourselves is it worth the invasion of privacy? Some stars have a very tight lid on their employees: very secure contracts, like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have.

People do strange things. My gut feeling is the nannies are crossing the line on this one. From what I read, it seems to be a consensus. We all have our own individual quirks, attitudes. beliefs and hardships to deal with, and privacy is sacred. So my advice to the celebrities out there is Have an iron clad contract. Sure what happened sounds racy, but what percentage of the population is racy in it's thinking? Sex brings pleasure, talking about it, making jokes, it's a natural theraputic release in life that more people should try, more often. The after effects are very sedating.

It's really hard to understand the black white issue and the n word; why its so offensive, and how the US society created such a stagma around the word. We are all human and we are all racist. If someone gets hired for a job over you, a person's mind automatically finds a reason to dislike or criticize a person. Maybe you say they're better looking, have connections, follow the trend of the office, but for some reason the human mind finds a reason to discriminate.

I understand the importance of establishing rights. I hope by now we ( as in the general population) understand that we are all equal yet different in this world, and have respect for those differences. I understand the value of our human rights and I also acknowledge that a standard should be kept. Why it surrounds one single word, I'm not sure.

In Germany students at the University are still made to feel bad about the sins of Hitler. How many years is it going to take for every single one of us humans to recognize that is who we are is a big family of people just trying to enjoy this world and meet our basic needs, or rather in this case our base needs.

59. Most working people wouldn't take personal stuff your employer confided to you and try to turn it into a personal cash cow. They're working in someone's home, which is by nature a much more personal and intimate setting than a professional office. I get the sense that Lowe's wife mistakenly felt close to the women, and obviously has a very candid style, (sex as humor) and I guess the smell of money for these two household helpers was too dang strong. Many employees are hampered by their own personal sense of resentment and jealousy at the seemingly random(to them) station of others. Lowe's wife will definitely now need to limit her intimate and candid jokes strictly to her contemporaries. On the flip side, the problem with treating employees in a strictly business way in a home environment is that they'll likely also resent THAT, interpret you as cold and then may steal you blind anyway. Lowe's wife may have actually liked these paid helpers and so mistakenly trusted them with her intimate personal musings, but misjudged the size of their resentment. Believe me, anyone who has dated a former NBA player has seen some stuff, and cannot ever convince me that they're offended by the above. Mrs. Lowe's talk wouldn't bother me, but I can see how it might bother some others, but then it's up to them to say so at the time to give the woman a chance to change her frank approach with them, or simply move on to another job elsewhere rather than trying to drum the Lowe's trust into their future retirement fund. Oooh, she said some stuff that shocked and offended me. Oh, get a life. Your house could have flooded, or you could be battling cancer. Why are people such wussies nowadays? You just move on; you don't try and take their stuff with you when you do it.
