Nick Cannon: Lord of the Same Rings?!

Has Nick Cannon taken recycling to a new level by giving Mariah Carey his ex's old engagement ring? He's gone green -- and crazy!

With reports that Nick and Mariah are engaged, Mimi has been sportin' a rock (left) that looks pretty similar to his ex-fiancee Selita Ebanks' ring (right). It's like that?!

If it is the same ring, expect there to be another emancipation of Mimi!

A rep for Cannon's ex tells TMZ Selita did return the white diamond ring to Nick and wishes the couple well.

17. Its already been confirmed that its the same ring. I seriously doubt these 2 are even engaged though. They just wanna rack up publicity. And its awfuly tacky of mariah to go around flaunted someone elses engagement ring.

18. Come on, do you really think the guy has money? Seriously, have you seen his movies? Drumline? What the hell was that?

19. Any idiot can tell the rings are different. Mimi's center diamond is cut smaller and Selita's setting is more squared off. C'mon women, don't you know your diamonds?!?! They are very similar though and that would personally piss me off if I was her.

21. The rings are not the same. You can clearly see tha Mariah's ring is more rounded. Also Perez is reporting the Mariah was married in a secret ceremony yesterday. Hope she had a prenup.

22. Oh my gosh he totally recycled that ring - how tacky!! well after seeing this Mimi will demand a new ring which she deserves - who wants sloppy seconds?!

23. They are different. Mariah's center stone is smaller and the band with diamonds surrounding the center stone is wider.

24. The silly bimbo don't care if it's a hand me down ring or not. She's not sharp enough to care & i'm sure she pursued him... passing it around like she's always done, Nick is probably smart enough to let the fling be at her expense.... So what TMZ...

28. Old or new, it looks like it should be the hood ornament on a low rider. Ugly and tasteless. What a waste of good stones and metal.

29. Mariah's ring has pink diamonds around the center, Selita's did not. Check out www.thesuperficial.com to see for sure.
