46. Not the same ring. Anoyther site has photos of the rings from a different view where you can see Mariah's ring has 8 sides for the center settings and has some purple color to it. The other ring has rounded edges. You can see this if you go to idontlikeyouinthatway.com and zoom in on both rings.
