Denise to Charlie: I'm Out of Joint!

TMZ has learned Denise Richards has filed a legal motion in her ongoing divorce case to separate joint bank accounts with Charlie Sheen so she's free to use her share to pay her living expenses.

We're told Denise has a bunch of obligations, including paying her mother's medical bills. Denise wants the accounts divided equally so her share is her share.

We're told the amount of money we're talkin' about is between $100,000 and $250,000.

The matter has been set for hearing.

34. To say she was a has-been implies that she, at some point, amounted to something. I think we all can agree that she's never been anything. She and her type are some of the most valueless in our society.

36. i cannot imagine being married to that two timing, inconsiderate, over indulgent, spoiled brat pig. He for some reason feels the need smear her, the mother of his children. Let's not forget that she worked while they were married too, and popped out two kids, while he was out cheating and drugging. I don't understand why everyone hates her, she seems like a good person to me. We are all flawed, and she is only human. The girl lost her mother and her husband was smearing her in the press when she started dating Richie. Yeah it was wrong, but none of us know the real story, give the girl a break, he was the one who took the marriage vows, why does nobody slam Richie.

37. I'm proud of Denise for finally speaking up and fighting back. Between Sheen and Denise, she's the one that's taken the high road, has been there day in and day out being a mom and taking care of everybody else. Sheen is finally being shown for the nasty, immature, womanizing, prostitute twiddling neanderthal that he is. Cheers to you Mama Denise. You're loved by lots of us!!!
