TMZ spoke to Anaheim Police spokesperson Rick Martinez who tells us the male victim was between 30-40 years old and was in Anaheim on business. He was sharing the hotel room with a male co-worker and jumped from their balcony.

19. What an idiot!! Go jump out of a tree in the middle of the forest, not at a place where children are present. Another dysfunctional off the streets and I'm happier for it!

20. Wow, I can't beleive all the cold comments on here. That anyone is desperate enough to take their own life, let alone the thousands of children there who may have seen this........

22. You people are sickening. A man committed suicide today (which I believe is wrong) and you people are making fun of him? Shame on you people. And shame on TMZ for perpetuating the constant cycle of death as sensational news, as well as making fun of a man's death. Hey Harvey, if you die I am going to throw a friggin party in your honor and call nothing but comics to disperage your life and memory. I am sure your mom woudl be proud.

25. I worked at Disneyland many many years ago when I was young. We actually heard that people sometimes came to the park to commit suicide. I agree it's not funny. We used to theorize that depressed people came to the park in hopes of cheering themselves up by recapturing the joy they felt when they were small; only to be overwhelmed with the fact that being at the park, alone and depressed, only exacerbated things. I think this is a strange topic for TMZ, unless the man was famous.

26. What is really sad is that some family lost a relative and a loved one but yet websites like TMZ seem to want to find humor in it.......why?

27. where's the video?

Posted at 5:36PM on May 2nd 2008 by me

28. Yea, usually, if you jump from the 14th floor, it's suicide.

29. If you don't like TMZ then leave. I'll never understand why people register, hang around here all day, just to post on every topic how much you think TMZ sucks. Get a life. Get a job.

30. What a prick. If You hate your life so much and want to end it, then that's fine, but dont make it public. that A-hole probably scarred kids for life because he was such a pathetic loser. I hope it hurt.
