TMZ calls Britney names like that because they know that lots of readers here enjoy trashing her. This causes the readers to keep coming here and posting, and this ups the hit-count on this page, thereby increasing the amount TMZ can charge for ads.

In other words, every time TMZ behaves like a mindless grade-school retard, they make more money.

21. Why are there paps even in Louisiana following and photographing her every move anyway? She isn't bothering anyone. For all of tmz's incredibly ridiculous, vicious and slanderous posts about Britney and Jamie Lynn, tmz gets at least triple the number of comments then they do on any other post. You would think that tmz may want to show a bit of respect every once in awhile (but, I agree, “thinking” and “journalism” are oxymorons when referencing anything to do with tmz). Not for anything, but what I see is Jamie Lynn holding a puppy. Do we KNOW that she is adopting it? Do we CARE if she is adopting it? We are all puppets in the hands of tmz – commenting and making Harv rich. For those of you who are constantly posting negative comments about Britney, Jamie Lynn and their family, they certainly have your utmost attention to every detail of their lives. Fans in denial maybe?

28. Why can't Jamie Lynn handle a puppy and a baby? She has a lot more to offer her child than a lot of you people out there making nasty comments have to offer your children. Were you all virgins at 17? She was just one of the many teenagers that get pregnant every year. It is uncalled for to make fun of her boyfriend too. He is being a man, stepping up and taking care of his responsibilities. It seems to me that they will make great parents. If they stay in Louisiana for a while maybe Jamie Lynn and the baby will have a chance for the normal, happy life that Britney didn't get (due to her parent's pimping her out to be the family moneymaker)!
