20. The pictures are not "smutty" but are not in keeping with the marketable target group that generates Mouse moola. How many 6 to 14 year olds understand "art photos"....not many at all....It's the parents and caretakers of these kids who find the photos of Miley not in keeping with the "wholesome" image....but sugggestive of what they don't want their kids to become.

I understand the "artist" and her point of view but to expect "normal, average" people to "feel" the same way she does is asking way too much..especially in Middle Class Middle America....

21. Umm...kiddie porn? NOT! It is a suggestive photo, definately. The photos in question are much milder than the photos that have been all over the web of Miley and her firends.

This entire fiasco is another publicity stunt manufactured to make Disney/Vanity Fair/Miley more money.

26. i just looked at the picture. it is really beautiful as well as artistic. it reminds me of the classical era of art if it could have been captured by photograph instead of sculpture.

anyone who thinks it is sexual is MESSED UP. granted, she could have had her back covered up a little more. but it is in no way inapropriate or smutty.

28. While I don't think it's kiddie "porn", I think the pic is totally inappropriate for her age and the image she's been trying to portray. Artistic? Give me a break. Call it what it is please...a publicity stunt. Everyone involved gets (more) instant recognition (good/bad) and makes $ off of it. I'll never believe that Miley was tricked into this. Dad was there. Blame him.

The shot with Dad is just weird and kinda creepy. Teenage girls don't pose like that with their father! That's more of a pic you'd expect to see with a gf/bf, husband/wife. Seriously, it's time for him to step out of the spotlight and be a father and not a best friend. He had his 15 min and his one hit wonder years ago.
