35. Why is all the blame put on Annie L? She's a photog, that's her job to try to make a pic interesting to get attention. Here is where the blame should go. Parents.,,,,,.She's 15, right, this should have been nixed by her DAD (if he had any class) That's why there are parents, a 15 year old and a photog should not make that decision. The news media shows a shot of Miley and Billy Ray, her sitting on his lap, his arms wrapped around her and kissing her on her face and head. Now that is a sick shot, makes my toes curl, looks like the opening of a porn film. Yes I'm all for loving your children but that shot is repulsive. Again, if the family had any class, they would have said no to that shot of the bare back with the pouty lips and a sheet. Billy Ray is a has been, actually never made it for more than a few months on his own (is this one of the kids he abandoned many years ago?) 40. I always think about my own kid ...being in that situation......and truthfully...if someone told my daughter to take her blouse off....it would have been all over for that person......but 1st ..i would have been there ...so that would not have happened...

44. Not flattering or tasteful at all - very poor judgements by the parents, that's why Dad allowed it, he sees $$$$$. I'm a parent - anyone who truly cares about their kids would never allow a minor to be exploited like this. Who are the readers of Vanity Fair? certainly not Miley's peers.
