For the record, smoking has been banned in NYC restaurants since 2003. Also for the record, we wouldn't risk a beatdown by asking Naomi to put out her cigarette either.

I really hate the double standard that I keep seeing with celebrities smoking wherever they please, and nobody saying anything about it. It wasn't too long ago that Jack Nicholson was seen walking through a smoke free airport with a lit cigarette or cigar hanging out of his mouth. I'd love to see someone tell one of these spoiled celebs to put it out for a change!
