Instead of hanging out with Lindsay Lohan all the time, Samantha Ronson may want to get more face time with her lawyers.


Last night when we asked her about a lawsuit she filed yesterday -- against her former law firm for allegedly trying to bleed her dry -- Sam didn't have a clue what we were talking about.
