When this came on tv, my whole family started cracking up. I don't think that TMZ is mocking the boy, it was just a coincidence that the camera was at a certain angle when the announcer made the implant comment. I think that it is fine that TMZ put it up, it was really funny.

Hey, this video was put on here in bad taste, have a little compastion for the little guy and his mother. He has Ushers syndrome, and was born deaf, and is going blind with retinitous pigmentosus..........bad taste on this one TMZ
