79. 75. Jules my disagreement with u isn't the fact that they paid for the picture, the point is there is a difference in paying for a pic and sending an employee from ur company to go take the pic and "climb trees" as u stated.
It's a lot less work to just buy a photo from an agency than it is to fly someone to Kentwood, pay for hotel,etc. It's no big deal if they just bought the pic and post it. That's their job right?!!! Pics, articles, and video is why YOUR here right?! So what's the big deal?!

83. It’s amazing….a week ago the sc*m at TMZ claimed they only photographed clebs when the were in public, and if they wanted to avoid the pics they should go to private places, well how more private can you be than the patio of a private home, and the only way to get a pic is with a helicopter.

TMZ..this is an invasion of privacy, but then when did Harvey Levin and his clan of losers care about that.

Here’s an idea….anyone have a list of the people at TMZ with their home addresses? Maybe it’s time they got the stalkeratizi treatment.

I'm sure their mansions and millions of $$ makes the annoyance a lot less hard to deal with! True. Every time someone comes to this site, the hit count increases. The rates that TMZ can charge to advertisers increases as the hit count increases.

This hit count is not affected by whether someone posts or simply reads. However, when people post, they generate conversation and further controversy, and that leads to a still higher hit count.

Since TMZ makes money no matter what is the content of the posts, it makes no difference whether we come here to trash Britney, defend her, or to dump on the paps.

I, for one, figure that if I'm going to come here and help Harvey make a living, I can still dump on the paps. Why not? That's the main reason I show up, as all this celebrity gossip is really boring. But it's fun for me to try to encourage people to actively interfere with paparazzi in the real world.

Harvey couldn't care less if someone who reads these pages decides to physically attack one or more of these paps, as long as his hit count continues to be high. He'll make money by reporting on that controversy, the same as all the others. It will be a win-win situation, because I'm sure that Harvey doesn't consider the paparazzi whom he exploits to be human beings.

I've never seen TMZ celebrating this pregnancy. They've been trashing Jamie Lynn from the beginning about it.

In any case, when have you ever seen TMZ celebrating anything about anyone? Their business model involves dumping on everyone they report on.
