My money is on her following through this time. Papa Spears won't let her blow this one off.

Of course, once she's there, she still has to keep herself together enough when being questioned so that she won't make things even worse for herself. This is a make or break moment for her, and I hope she pulls it off.

Shes's made so much progress in the last few months, shes deserves as close to 50/50 split as possible if not joint custody! What does Fedex( KFed) do? He has his nanny and bodyguard raise those two precious boys, when Britney who had past issuse and is better now, loves and truly devotes herself to them! Fedex is too busy spending her $$$ on strippers, liquor, lingerie for his new f**k buddies, & all the other stuff he wasted Brit's $ on! GIVE BRITNEY HER KIDS BACK!!!

13. I am just laughing at the fact that Harvey Levin, who actually
approves ALL the reports and even reads our comments here put on this
site had his @$$ handed to him over the story TMZ covered about Billy
Bob Thornton's teenage son having a sexual relationship with an adult
woman. Harvey broke a very serious rule in this field called news
reporting: he not only showed the kid's face but also posted his name
in the news report. CNN's cheif editor was even saying that is a huge
violation in reporting that you just don't do. Well, Harvey is not
known for being a professional nor for being one to be respected by
his peers. He is a hack and he has proven that. When asked about why
he posted that information theTMZ sausage bandit said, "I think the
story speaks for itself." What's up, Harvey? Can't you stand by your
story like a real reporter does? TMZ is owned by Time Warner. Harvey
just put a huge noose around his neck and it is only a matter of time
before the chair is kicked out from under him. Notice TMZ has not even
touched the story since they first reported it last week?

I hope you're right HB. The TV show is not much better than this website. The only reason I bother coming here is to anticipate the day that they fall flat on their asses as a result of their "reporting". This goes beyond yellow journalism.

Since Papa Spears is probably going to force her to show up whether she likes it or not, that's not much of a bet. But a more interesting wager involves what changes in her visitation privileges might be granted.

Britney is under a conservatorship because she has been deemed to be unable to take care of her basic survival needs on her own. So how could she be considered to be able to care for her kids if she isn't legally able to take care of herself?

Because of this question, I'm betting that Britney will get more time with her kids, but the visits will still have to be supervised.

My guess is that only when the conservatorship is lifted would the courts allow Britney to be with her kids without being supervised, herself.

What do you all think?

Sadly, Harvey has no desire to treat Britney or anyone else as his own daughter. He gets pleasure from destroying others, and he's incapable of any kind of human decency. And besides, he makes too much money trashing people for him to even consider changing his ways.

Lots of people who post here are the same way (except for the part about making lots of money). Harvey is their God.

Well, thank God they currently get to see her 9 hours a week. After Tuesday's hearing, Britney will likely be granted even more time (as long as she doesn't blow it in court) -- although she will still probably have to be supervised when she's with them, at least until the conservatorship ends.

But more time is at least a positive step.
