Brit Will Personally Try and Please the Court

Britney SpearsTMZ has learned Britney Spears will appear in court tomorrow to personally make her case for more face time with her kids.

Right now Brit has limited supervised visitation. Britney and her lawyer will argue that because of the progress she has made, she should have significantly more time with her kids.

Could be the most important hearing so far. Of course, we will live stream Brit's arrival. The hearing starts at 8:30 AM PT.

32. I think that SOMEDAY, in the near future, Britney should have much more face time with her kids. It hasn't been too long since she went Nuts though! I don't think it would be in the best interest of her kids to give her more visitation too soon, what if she went nuts again? It hasn't been long enough to prove that she really is capable of being responsible for them - even for short periods of time. I think gradually, slowly seeing more and more of the children woudl be best for everyone.

33. Led by the nose by her dad! Maybe parenting classes, rehab, and about a year in a mental health facility instead of stunt casting might have been better.

35. I'm not a Brit fan, and before I was one to say that she got what she deserved. Now though.. I dunno.. I just can't help but have some sympathy for her. I think she pretty much hit rock bottom and now, hopefully she's getting better.
She obviously wasn't well and the people around her were a very toxic influence on her.
I just hope her parents are doing right by her and that she's getting better and will eventually get more time with her children in a healthy stable environment.
That's what those KIDS deserve.

36. PerezHilton is funny, TMZ is cruel and vindictive. I think the folks who run TMZ were born into this earth deformed and disgusting, so they derive pleasure from watching and commenting upon the aging process in others. Like it's some kind of comeuppance for them. Too bad they never learned at an early age that beauty is skin deep.

You are absolutely right!

And like attracts like, which explains why there are more cruel posters here than over at PerezHilton.

Yes, I know there are funny people who post here and cruel people who post there, but there are noticeably more of the cruel ones here on TMZ.
