Britney SpearsTMZ has more details on what Britney Spears got in court today.

As we first reported, Brit will get three days of supervised visitation per week. Sources tell us within a month she will also have overnight visitation with her kids.

We're told Commish Scott Gordon was extremely impressed with Brit's progress today. It was a different story a few months back when she completely pissed him off. The Commish was somewhat blown away by her.

The goal, we're told, is to ramp it up over the next few months so that Brit gets 50/50 custody, right back where she started from.

76. Let's just see what happens when she herself, doesn't need a babysitter and allowance. Will she stay on her meds? Will she drop the parting ways? I hope she can, but odds are against it.

She went to rehab and that was susposed to be her " get better" but she only got worse. I saw her up at the Glen's a few weeks back...She looked drugged to all he!!

81. as a person with bipolar disorder and not a real big fan of britney, she has done a wonderful job of turning her life around, thank God that her father was there for her in her time of need, even if they don't get along all that great. her kids need her badly.. every child should have both parents in their lives if possible and i believe that she will continue to pull herself up and get the 50/50 custody of those 2 beautiful little boys that i know deep in her heart she loves & craves to be with. Keep your head up high Britney! I'm rooting for you!

I doubt K-Fed has given it a second thought. This won't affect the amount of child support that Kevin receives. In California, child support is based on a formula that compares mom's monthly income to dad's, and factors in the amount of time that the kids spend with each parent (i.e., 50/50, 60/40, 80/20). There is such a disparity between Brit's and Kevin's income and earning capacity that changing the amount of time the kids spend with Brit does not affect the final caluclation. Even if Brit were to get the kids 80% of the week, K-Fed would still get between $15,000 and $20,000.

Check it out, manipulate the numbers and various custody/vistation scenarios. We know that Brit's monthly income is somewhere up to $730,000. K-Fed's gross income in 2007 was $550,000, that works out to about $42,000 per month. Try inputting different custody/vistation arrangements -- 50/50, 80/20, etc. You'll see that Brit will always pay child support to Kevin, no matter what the custody arrangement.
