I am Chilean and I must say that the picture is totally real, it's very sad that product of the eruption of the volcano the entire population of chaiten was evacuated, this has been a natural disaster of immense proportions where many animals and native vegetation will die.
My support to the people of Chaiten who are suffering this situation

It's not during a lighting storm. Well not exactly anyway. The volcano's eruption creates electrical charges in the atmosphere

it ISNT nice, thousands of people had to leave their homes because the ashes of the volcano are risky for the health. so its definetly not nice.
