I'm predicting that K-Fed has given the go-ahead for one overnight visitation per week provided that her father is present the entire time (because she's still under guardianship and doesn't just have "free reign" with her kids, let alone herself). Either that...or they'll set a date to have that happen 2-3 months from now, once the judge sees that she actually showed up for court on time, wearing panties, and making attempts to get her life together (whichever way that may be). He may make his "glad to see you're improving your life, Ms. Spears" speech and hold off on any overnights today.

20. It's apparent that those of you who are trashing her in respects to being a mother and being allowed to spend time with her children, do not have any idea about what mental illness can be like. The reason there is such a negative stigma surrounding mental illness is because of people like yourselves. Before you decide to post hateful remarks again, maybe you should get educated/informed on what Bipolar really entails.

It's obvious that Britney, with the help of those who love her, is trying to get healthy again. Good for her!

24. It is so good to see her looking so healthy. She has made incredible strides. Credit not only goes to her dad, her mom but to herself. She could have rebelled against the help. No one is in Britney's shoes so we can't judge her. Just hope that she continues getting healthy and staying healthy. As far as the comment about the kids needed being in Foster care. Thats a little harsh. I'm not a big fan of Kevin but you have to give the man credit. He stepped up to the plate and is doing his best in taking care of his children. Is having them with strangers better for them? I think Kevin is giving the stability. You see pictures with him with them, with family with them. Give him a little bit of credit.

News flash no one has perfect parenting skills, everyone has to start some where, The only thing that everyone knows it what sites like TMZ report, they grasp the most interesting side of the story and build on it (because that's how they make their money and why they are a GOSSIP site, it's their job), and everyone on here has their mouth salivating for the raunchiest gossip they can babble on. 30. 14. I am jealous of Britney's money because I can't help thinking if I had that much money, what a great life I could have. If I could retire at age 26 and enjoy life with that much money and youth and good health, how wonderful it would be. I wouldl get the hell out of L.A. and enjoy everything to the max. So, inside of me a nasty little part of me wants Britney to lose it all, wants to see her fail, wants to see her have to support herself at a 9 to 5 job like most of us have to do. That is mean and spiteful and I am ashamed that I can stoop so low to think like that. Therefore, I hope Britney wins something good for herself in court today, and I hope her recent change is for real and forever.

You are much more honest than most of the people here. I dare say that the majority of the people who love to trash celebrities like Britney do so for reasons similar to the motivation for your own jealousy. But instead of acknowledging that and deciding to rise above their spitefulness, most of these other people just stay their ruts and spew their venom.

I am so impressed with you! ... an honest person with values and a heart, and a desire to grow. You stand out among the TMZ denizens like a diamond in the rough.
