I love women who don't wear panties ... as long as they have a sense of where and when it's appropriate to make me intimately aware of the fact. For example, if my panty-less date flashes her nude crotch at a waiting infestation of photographers, that is a sure way to completely kill my desire for her. I'll abandon her on the spot.

I prefer such unmaskings to be done in private.

32. it doesn't take a genius to know when something is not right, and in this case all the crazy stuff Britney was doing, was by all means NOT normarl!! You wont see it in writting that Britney is Bi-Polar because of the laws protecting those records! somehow word got out that she was diagnosed Bi-Polar, remember all those people loosing their jobs at UCLA for peeking into her chart and other celebs? any of them could of said something in a moment of anger after losing their jobs,

give the poor girl a break, its time for a great comeback!!

Repeating an assertion over and over does not make it any more true.

We don't know for sure what Britney was diagnosed with, but it was something that ...

(1) ... motivated the UCLA psychiatrists to release her early from her two-week hold, Against Medical Advice. California Law specifies that if a person is being held on such a two-week hold, and if that person protests the hold, he or she has to be released if it can be shown that they are able to feed and clothe themselves, and if there is a place they can go to for shelter. Britney protested her hold and she fulfilled those bare minimal requirements, so the docs had to let her go, but as I mentioned, they did so Against Medical Advice (and this is an official, legal designation), which means that they were convinced that she is suffering from some sort of psychological disorder and would be much better off continuing to receive psychiatric care.

(2) ... was serious enough to convince the judge that Britney had to be put under a conservatorship. The courts do not take a way a person's rights and relegate that person to a conservatorship simply because he or she is "a spoiled brat that does not and never did want children". The court received evidence about Britney from one or more psychiatrists, and this no doubt showed her to be mentally ill, or else the conservatorship would never have come into existence.

Britney's psychological problems might be due Bipolar Character Disorder, or the cause might be something else. But whatever the official diagnosis turns out to be, her mental problems were serious enough to warrant the Against Medial Advise designation and her conservatorship. I repeat that none of this would have occurred if the only thing that was wrong with Britney was the fact that she is a "spoiled brat".

I'm predicting that K-Fed has given the go-ahead for one overnight visitation per week provided that her father is present the entire time (because she's still under guardianship and doesn't just have "free reign" with her kids, let alone herself). Either that...or they'll set a date to have that happen 2-3 months from now, once the judge sees that she actually showed up for court on time, wearing panties, and making attempts to get her life together (whichever way that may be). He may make his "glad to see you're improving your life, Ms. Spears" speech and hold off on any overnights today.

Your assessment seems quite reasonable, and share your belief that today's outcome is likely to be something very close to what you have outlined.

What a number of people here are overlooking is that Britney is still under a conservatorship, and this was granted in the first place because she was deemed to be incapable of taking care of her own needs. Until it is legally determined that Britney can take care of herself, the court is very unlikely to allow her the rights to care for anyone else, especially two small children.

So once the conservatorship ends, we can start looking towards unsupervised visits and possibly joint custody. Until then, Britney will almost certainly not be allowed to be with her kids unless someone responsible is constantly monitoring her visits with them.
