Yes, she is suffering from a mental disorder.

No, she was not found to be on drugs or under the influence of alcohol. The judge ordered those tests because he wasn't smart, imaginative, or flexible enough to envision mental illness in this young woman. He just lumped her in with all of Hollywood gone awry. Now he knows the facts.

Nobody would shut Britney out of the courtroom to discuss anything about her, to avoid "hurting her." She is entitled by law to hear all the evidence for and against her.

What man are you talking about? I think lawyer Blair Berk is a woman.

32. A new weave and a TV gig won't make up for the fact that she neglected those poor children and ran around town coked out of her mind like a friggin lunatic, flashing her naked genitals to photographers. She has a lot to answer for today, most of which the public doesn't even know the half of.

33. It's just funny to me... If you DON'T care about Britney... Then why are you reading the comments about her court date anyway? And then THE HATERS post comments about how everyone who is praising Britney are "pathetic".... How pathetic is your life if you have to go onto an entertainment website, and read about something that you CLAIM to hate, or have no interest in, but HAVE to leave negative comments to those who actually DO care. 35. I really hope they recognize her progress and give her extended visitation with her babies. She is on her meds, and obviously making progress. Hell, she got there on time today! As long as someone (like her dad) is with her, I don't see the harm in her having overnight visits. You have to give the girl some hope otherwise she might give up and slide back to where she was and who wants that!

38. I have a daughter who has had similar problems to those Britney has been having. My daughter is not a spoiled little rich girl any more than Britney is. My grandchildren were taken from my daughter by me for some months. If not for those children, I'm not sure what would have happened to my daughter. Today she is healthy again and is taking care of her own children and working full-time. She's happy, as are her children......so it can happen for Britney, too...so long as she wants it. We all have problems, no matter who we are...so give Britney a break her rather than continuing to put her down and criticize her. I'm sure all of you have done things to embarrass youselves and your families probably know all about it. I'm pulling for Britney and am happy that she has parents who appear to care for her very much. I'm pulling for her babies.. No matter what she's done, she is still their mother and no one can replace her. Britney, you hang in there, Ignore everything the naysayers are blabbering about and get yourself healthy. I know you can do it. Bless you and your babies and your parents for trying to conquer the difficulties life has thrown at you.

39. Does no one realize that she was manipulated by that Sam psycho? He drugged her and played on her insecurities. She could have died from the pills he shoved down her throat. She may be been a little irresponsible before Sam, but he saw an opening and pounced. If her parents had not stepped in, I am sure she would be dead from him drugging her. All people make mistakes and she has had to do it with everyone watching. I feel fer for her because she was taken advantage of and almost driven completely insane. It just goes to show that you really gotta watch out for who you trust.

42. Oh boy brit looks decent today. Gee lets give her the kids back. For heavens sake people. Actually, I heard Charles Manson shaved, got a haircut and is getting laser to remove the swastika from his forehead. Maybe he should be allowed to take in some children from the local orphanage, after all he's really cleaned up.

43. DESERVES??? Are you people insane? She DESERVES to get her kids back? She doesnt DESERVE a damn thing! Her kids DESERVE a rational and sane parent for God's sake. And they ain't gettin' it with her. Say what you will about Kevin... partier or leech or whatever. He's no different than any other WOMAN who would get a big chunk of change from her husband and the father of the kids if the situation was reversed. REGARDLESS of whether you like him or not, he is providing those kids with a stable environment. And who in their right mind would give those kids back to a mother is is not even taking care of herself? She is being cared for by a CONSERVATOR. Haven't you listened to a thing the judge has been saying. She is not capable of taking care of herself without help, much less two little kids. This DESERVE crap is beyond me.

That is absolutely NOT FACT. The facts are, she was ordered to undergo drug tests, most of which she missed which equal a fail, and then she lost complete custody. Nowhere EVER has anyone of any authority ever said that whore is clean or that she has bipolar disorder.
