If he really wants to set forth change, which I agree that as a nation we do need to come together, why not accentuate anything positive in the African American community? I think the we all need to be informed when any person is wronged, regardless of race. Is this man not realizing that he is only making the "negative" even worse??? I have never heard him say hey, look at this great thing going on.....I mean I'm just saying....

Did you fail your last history class? Um, revolutionary/ civil war ring a bell? What about protests during the Korean/ Vietnam/ Iraq war? Women’s suffrage? Women’s civil rights movement in the 60s/ 70s? The list goes on. PEOPLE protest when think the government/ system has failed them or when they want to bring an issue to the forefront. It’s part of American history.
