79. Everyone focuses on "the shooting". Nevermind that the dumbass brought it on himself. Anytime a black person is shot, all the blacks are suddenly up in arms......like the culprit was some saint. Everyone wants to talk about how blacks are the only ones in prison. Maybe if these young wanna-be thugs weren't standing on the street corner with their asses hanging out and maybe get a job and WORK for a living, there wouldn't be so many in jail. What are the cops supposed to do? Turn a blind eye to the crime and say, "Well, we don't have enough white people in jail yet, so we can't arrest another black until the ratio is balanced". Puh...leeeeeeze ! ! !

It doesn't matter whether cops are white, Hispanic or black, they all have the same mentality and should be held accountable for their actions. There is no excuse for this kind of behaviour. Cops are now being categorized as being gun toting, drug plant in, "THUGS" !!!

After this situation, and now another cop beating three young black males in Philly. What THE F&^% is their problem, It seems to me as if they have digressed into what they were during the Rodney King era.

Me personally, I enjoy load music, hevy bass, and vocal clarity. I was pulled over at 7:00 p.m. Pulling me over was not the problem . . . . the problem was the gun to my head. Aside from the gun being pointed at me, I was given a "disturbing the peace" citation and a "no sound amlification permit" ticket. Are you serious? However, I from Houston where White, Mexican, and Asian motorists play their music just as loud (if not louder) . So to answer your question, I dont know why Black people play their music loud.

Well, I don't "Know for sure" 100% of the time.. but when I do hear the car, I'm always one to take notice, and around here, it's usually the same cars, so I'm familiar with them and the people driving them. Some I'm even 'More' familiar with, cause they'll stop and get out to talk to one of their friends, and leave the car on with the music BLASTING.. and yes, again, it's usually in the Super Early Morning hours. So that's how I know.. at least about these guys. And yes, they all happen to be Black.. although, I think one might be a Haitian Immigrant, from his Accent.
